Fairwinds has been run as a 4 star small hotel for nealry 20 years. The new grading system has seen us down graded to 3 stars mainly because we cannot offer 24HR reception and room service. This is very common for small establishments like ours. We strive to offer the very same high quality standard of food, accommodation and guest comfort as we always have. We are sure that you will not be disappointed if you choose to stay at Fairwinds.

Awarded a 3 star small hotel rating by the Scottish Tourist Board, we aim to be the most rewarding 3 star small hotel experience in Cairngorm National Park. This little hotel has a warm personality all of its own. We strive to offer best value for money for our guests, however we know how important dining is to our customers and we are recommended by Taste of Scotland for excellence in cuisine. The most important 'awards' we receive are the accolades and the countless letters of thanks and appreciation from customers, past and present. Far more satisfying than any plaque on the wall although we have plenty of these too.
